Sebastian Bolt suggests that Usain Bolt will break the record at the 2012 London Olympics without steroid use

The chairman of the London Organising Committee 2012 Sebastian Coe states that the runner Usain Bolt can break another world record without application of anabolic steroids or/and other banned medicines. There was a discussion about influence of steroids on increase of performance and winnings.
 But the chairman of the London Organising Committee 2012 continues to state that the sportspeople that have intensive and hard trainings rarely succeed due to preparations which can increase performance. Coe says that any person knows that Usain Bolt works very hardly to get needed results. This sprinter has success without steroid use. He progresses obviously. Coe adds that there are rare situations, when those that administer steroids and don’t have intensive trainings break world records.
In fact, numerous elite runners have been sentenced to bans because they have tested positive for steroids. 3 of them received the title “The World’s Fastest Man”. They include Ben Johnson, Justin Gatlin and Tim Montgomery. Beside of them, such sprinters, as LaShawne Merritt, Marion Jones, Dwain Chambers and Kelli White tested positive for forbidden medications and were suspended.
Sebastian Coe was a celebrated middle distance runner too. He got the golden medal in the 1500 meter race at the 1980 Moscow Olympics and Los Angeles Olympics of 1984. Sebastian Coe claims that since he has been able to break world records without application of steroids or/and other related medications, Usain Bolt will be capable to do it as well.
Coe states that he has broken 12 world records and never applied any banned substance.
Gideon Bolt, the father of the sprinter Usain Bolt, has boded that Usain will run a 9.4 the 100 meter rate. This time is claimed to be the limit of human performance. It is not possible to run this distance faster. Sebastian Coe states that it is possible without steroid use.
